Where to start?? From the moment you walk in, with the nice decoration, the inviting couch, everything is done to make you feel good...and then you get to the counter and see the croissants and other danish... and here you are, in pastry paradise!! I'm personally French and a pastry chef too and I can easily say that the quality of the products I've tried at baked culture is better than a lot of French bakeries!! It was already great when they were in Port but this is definitely something Wauchope needed!!! Well done, we can't wait to come back!!

Today my cruffin dreams came true! I had been following this page for some time, waiting for the chance to taste the delectables on offer. Oh my lord the benedict, what a croissant! The hollandaise sauce with the charred asparagus! The Croque Monsieur, the ham, the cheese, the bread...wait, actually it's the whole thing...it's amazing! I don't know where they get their blueberries from, but I would to love to know!! Holy moly, I had to fight the kids off this one! Then it was myself and the cruffin. I have never encountered such a thing before! Well, if the peanut butter cremeux wasn't enough, it was sweetness of the strawberry jam, followed by the softness of the pastry...Just Kill Me Now!!! A Worthy death!

Amazing products. We had their croissants for Christmas and they seriously the best croissants I’ve ever had. I’ve tried their pies and again up there with the best I’ve had. Great place and awesome people.

We had these guys cater for a work Christmas party and they did a fabulous job, they were easy to communicate with, efficient and the pastries were fresh and absolutely delicious, we had people lining up for leftovers. Highly recommend.

Wow, wow, wow, is all I can say about the artisan breads and baked sweets coming out of this new bakery in Wauchope.
